Goals and Intentions: Check In

I broke these goals down into readily attainable, challenging and difficult categories, w/ each level supporting or feeding the next. I also set up a cadence to check in bi-weekly and Monthly to see how I’m trending against each goal.

This is my first check in:

Spiritual:

A: Attainable, C: Challenging, D: Difficult

  1. Meditate Daily (3600 minutes for the year): 230 mins in January – A little behind schedule but offset by daily yoga.
  2. Yoga (300 practices for the year): 31/31 so far, so I’m ahead of the game.

Mental Goals:

  1. Attainable: Daily Affirmations: Everyday except while I was in Belize, I’m calling it good.
  2. Challenging: Read 12 books – I’m behind. Didn’t get to it, but I’ll catch up.

Physical Goals: 

  1. D: Target weight and target body fat: Lost 11 pounds in Jan – On target
  2. D: Diet: <36 times for the year (Red Meat, Pork, Alcohol)  – On target, 3 days in Jan.
  3. C: Run 180 Miles (for the year) 13.25 miles, but I’m on pace to crush that.

Financial Goals: I’ll keep to myself.

Business goals:

Trill Consciousness

D: 1000 Sales: Working on it…

C: 100 blog posts:  This is number two!!! But I’ve got a plan to talk about some cool places I’ve been that should get me up to around 20 pretty quickly.

Carey Marcel:

A: 1 engagement by the first quarter. – Check.

Personal Goals: 

Friends and Family:

  1. A: See Family 3 times: One Down; my t-jones came to visit me in San Diego.
  2. A: See Mar, Skool, Young P
  3. A: See my grandma before March; Got the tripped planed.
