When I was in 7th grade, SeƱor Shields, my Spanish teacher who was great at his job, taught us a song to learn all of the capitals of the Spanish speaking countries in Latin America. (Another funny story happened in that same class).
I broke these goals down into readily attainable, challenging and difficult categories, w/ each level supporting or feeding the next. I also set up a cadence to check in bi-weekly and Monthly to see how I’m trending against each goal.
